Haitus.

Greetings Seattle Fashion Hounds,

"Where have you been!?" I bet you are wondering, well i will tell you where...

school, trapped here in the dorms, trying to get my adult life worked out.

Things have been good, but time has been limited and even with the new tripod in my life, i find it hard to make time to take quality photos of myself for the blog. I also havent been going out much which doesnt help either. The lighting in the dorms and the space make it near impossible for me to take a good photo for here so i decided to stop trying to fight my circumstances and just wait it out until i am in my new apartment.

I estimate that i will be back on here by May 7th. I may do a few things on here, here and there, but nothing too big. I will be sure to let people know when i pick this back up.

Sorry it's taken me so long to let you all know what has been going on... I've just been so preoccupied.

The first outfit was for dinner, the second for the club.

I recently ran out of contacts so I am forced to wear my actual glasses all day everyday. At first i was really nervous and a little self conscious but i have learned to embrace them. Wearing them with my sexy clubbing outfit made me feel less hoochie and more pulled together.

I Couldn't Resist.

While in Philadelphia I fell madly in love with a pair of leather studded platforms. Not typically my style, i was hesitant to purchase them. Many fears were flying through my mind. That they were going to make me look gothy, that they were too much. I finally was convinced by a very charismatic sales woman who said "Yeah, they look real good on you girl". I was sold.

At first, i wasn't a huge fan of the new stud trend. It was a little too industrial for my typical style but i decided to give it a try and its worked out beautifully! I have never received more compliments on my shoes in my life. Not to mention they make my legs look great. So whats the lesson here boys and girls? Studs are like sugar. Good in moderation. I'm not going to go out and buy a studded leather jacket now, but i am glad i made this investment.

Its been Awhile.

I apologize for the hiatus. My father was visiting from Afghanistan and i didn't have much time for blogging or documenting my outfits. But the style blog lives on.
